The Big Lebowski

Well I must say I’m a little disappointed. I was dying to watch it after “Burn after reading”. I was expecting sth equally good and funny but unfortunately it was nothing like it. Well, there were obviously some good moments, even hilarious but still – that wasn’t it. It doesn’t mean of course that I became prejudiced against the directors or something. No! I still think they’re a hell of directors and I’ve gotta catch up on their all movies, cause so far I’ve seen only three (including BL). Out of those three I watched (Burn After Reading, Fargo, The Big Lebowski) I’ve gotta say Burn After Reading was the best. But Fargo was pretty great too, undoubtedly. I guess now I’m gonna watch “No country for old men”, they got an oscar for it, right?
I guess that’s all of the gibberish for today. I’m sorry that recently I’ve been writing only about movies but honestly, nothing worth mentioning happened…

Burn after reading

So I quit my job. Yeah, I know, I’m such an indecisive person :P I change my mind like every 24 hours… Even yesterday, my last day at work I was struggling to make the final decision. In the morning I was like ‘ok, so maybe I will quit in December…’ but than my workmate Jadzia came, we discussed it yet another time, considered all pros and cons and… You know. Anyway. There’s no point looking back. I told them I may want to go back in a few months, though. So silly, I know… But on the other hand… Maybe it’s not such a bad idea, to have short brake and then resume? After all I had a great time there. It will all depend on my new timetable but first things first, honestly… Jesus have I already said I’m indecisive :P ? Anyway. Burn after reading – that was the last movie saw there for free, as the worker. And I’ve gotta admit – it was a hell of a movie! Wicked and rollicking. I was laughing myself silly. Honestly. Well, maybe it wasn’t funny in an obvious way but those dialogs… and the whole story. It didn’t make much sense. But that was the point of this movie, I guess. The Cohen brothers have a great sense of humour… Well, very compatible with mine at least. Haha. Malkovich and Pitt were hilarious. I mean, the whole cast was great. I guess I’m gonna have to watch it one more time. So people! If you feel like going to the cinema, pick Burn after reading, you won’t be disappointed :D
